Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing my salon!
I require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 30% service charge.
Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a full service charge.
Repeated Cancellations
Clients with three or more last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
Please call, text, or email our salon during business hours to change or cancel an appointment.
Cancellations via social media may not be accepted.
Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you.
